My artist statement:

Art to me has always been an escape from reality, no matter the situation i have been able to escape the real world issues and problems and go into my own creative state of mind and create amazing things and even have fun while doing it. Art has been a very easy way for me to express my feelings and how i feel, weather its my randomness, sadness, joy or happiness i have always been able to express the way i feel through any piece of art i do.

I encourage all of you reading this to go on and create your own art, you could find that it can help you express your feelings and thoughts in many ways. Don't worry about other people criticizing you because art is pretty much you sharing a piece of your imagination to the world and letting people look through a "window" of your mind and thoughts. Your art is who you are and no matter what your art piece is, it is amazing in its own unique way!

Thanks!

Thanks for taking the time to look through my art work, I really appreciate it!

This piece of art is the second piece i made in Adobe Illustrator. If you look very closely you can see every line there is text saying: Darth Vader. This piece was by far the most time consuming piece of art i have made because it took me 3 or 4 times of re-evaluating how i was going to make it. It took about 3 times to come up with the idea of only doing the brighter colored outlines of the helmet and adding a black backround.
This is my third painting in Corel, and by far the most time consuming. To make this i used the charcoal brush and blender tool. This piece isn't 100% complete due to time(as you can see the uneven edges and such).
A simple BoomBox painting u made with Corel for my Gig-poster project.
This piece was the first piece i used Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Corel all in the same art piece. the boombox in the corner and the microphone i hand drew in Corel. The text i added the affect to it using Illustrator, and finally i used photoshop to add all the images together and to make a backround useing various brushes.
This piece of art i also used Corel to create, i once again used the blender tool and the Charcoal tool to blend the colors together.
